Scott Lerman

Co-Founder

Scott Lerman, President of Rialto Management Corp., has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctorate in Law from New York University School of Law. After completing law school and passing the New York bar, Scott was admitted to practice law in New York as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in Federal Court. After seven years in law, Scott started Rialto Management Corp., in 2001, a management company that tailors its management plan to the owner's needs. While overseeing over 100 buildings, Scott dealt with the myriads of compliance and violation issues that plague NYC Landlords. Using this knowledge, Scott co-created Rialto Compliance Consulting Group LLC, with the same mentality of tailoring our compliance services to its clients.

Jake Lerman

Co-Founder

After graduating from Boston university, Jake joined Rialto Management Corp, where he oversees a portfolio of over 25 buildings. He then went on to create a property management software to streamline maintenance requests and other processes associated with building management. After witnessing the difficulties Owners Condo and Coop Boards face being compliant with the ever changing City rules and regulations, Jake had the idea to start Rialto CC.
